RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, OR AS IT IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY SAID COURRIER. IF YOUR ITEM(S) ARE SHIPPED SEPERATLEY, THE DAY YOU RECIEVE YOUR FINAL PRODUCT FROM DELIVERY IS THE DAY THE 7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW STARTS. AFTER THE 7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW CLOSES, UNFORTUNATLEY WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY RETURNS NOR REFUND YOU FOR THE PURCHASE OF YOUR ITEM(S).
  2. MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN, FREE OF ANY DEFECTS, AND IN THE ORIGINAL STATE THAT IT WAS RECIEVED.
  3. IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET, A REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE MERCHANDISE AND APPLIED AS ONLINE CREDIT, IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD
  4. SHIPPING COSTS, USED DISCOUNT CODES, AND ANY OTHER TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER ARE NOT REFUNDED.
  5. RETURNS/EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT PAID FOR BY THE NAMELESS SHOP. THE CUSTOMER WILL FUND THE COST OF SHIPPING FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

**THE NAMELESS SHOP LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER ITEMS OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED ON THE RETURN SLIP. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT ON YOUR ORIGINAL RETURN SLIP, THE NAMELESS SHOP WILL DISCARD OF ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER** ANY PRODUCT DEEMED FINAL SALE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN**

PLEASE NOTE THE NAMELESS SHOP FULFILLS ORDERS OUT OF A MAJOR DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND FAILURE TO ADD THE ITEM/S TO YOUR RETURN SLIP WILL LEAD TO A DISPOSAL OF ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS NOT IDENTIFIED ON THE RETURN SLIP. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL NON IDENTIFIED ITEMS.


EXCHANGES 
YES, WE DO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS. ONCE YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO CONTACT THE NAMELESS SHOP AND STATE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE ANY PURCHASED ITEM(S). ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECIEVED-FREE OF ANY DEFECTS. ONCE THE 7 DAY WINDOW HAS CLOSED, UNFORTUNATLEY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED IT CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR ADJUSTED OR CANCELED.

REFUSED PACKAGES
ANY ORDER THAT IS NOT ABLE TO BE DELIVERED BY THE SERVICE COURIER WILL BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND TREATED AS A RETURN. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE GIVEN A FULL CREDIT FOR THE ITEM(S) PURCHASED. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED.
